Work day

Today we did not have any mental math. We had a work day we have to be done exploration 3 and 4 for homework marks. We also have 17 mastered objective by the end of day! Good luck!

Today in class we did mental math and then mr. max tought us a new lesson on Relations and Formulas. Then we got a note book assignment on page 254-1-7.

Today in math Mr.Max gave us a work period. We worked on our measurement project and accelerated math. We also have to prove that we can use a micrometer and a caliper. Remember the measurement project is due on tuesday (May 20). Also Remember we have a test on wednesday (May 21).

Today is May 14. Today in class Mr. Max gave us a work period to work in are textbooks and be done all note book assignements up to and including page 218, and exploration #4, and to work on are measurment project that is due on tuesday.

He also assigned us new questions on the vernier calipier, and gave us a wed site to use to do these questions.

Today's long blocks. First we did mental math, then after that Mr.Max talked about and explained the whole portfolio thing. Don't forget that the Measurement Project is due next week on Tuesday(the 20th). There's a measurement test Wednesday next week. And that's about all we did today.

P.S. Not much school left :)... long weekend.. no school on Monday.

Today we finished our 40th mental math and Mr Max took in our marks from that..We also discussed our portfolios and he assigned and handed out folders to hold any materials for this project..Other than that, today you can finish any accelerated math or assigned explorations you haven't done yet.

Scribe Post, May 9th

We never took any notes or learned anything new in class today. A random homework check was done on one of the 8 questions that were due and alot of people weren't done. The 8 questions had to be done in order to leave the room at the end of the block. People who finished are suppost to work ahead into chapter 4, 218-219 and do questions #1-5, Converters off the blog can be used to help in this assignment.

Measurement

Today is May.08. In class Mr. Max showed us stuff on the over head, and also did a question with us from the textbook , he also assigned us homework on page 213/214 1-8

Today in math class Mr Max started the class off with mental math as usually. After MM he showed us how to do work with improper and proper fractions, just a short review for our next assignment in the text.
